Founded in 2009, GeNext School of Leaders Foundation (GSLF) or formerly GeNext School of Leaders envisions to become the leading evangelical Christian institution for education and empowerment of the next generation. It was conceived as a vision to have a premier evangelical school that will educate and train the next generation to be Christ-centered leaders and future entrepreneurs in the world.
GSLF’s miraculous birth was a combination of a God-given vision and provision. The school’s future is foreseen since the beginning: Geared to Succeed and Last (GSL).
Our team is composed of our visionary leaders, experienced managers, and qualified staffs. Pastor Glenn M. Plastina, Th.D. and his wife Caroline received the vision from the Lord to establish a premiere and globally-competent school that will mold today tomorrow’s trans-generational leaders, movers and shakers. The founding partners gladly caught and supported the vision--they partnered together as one in making the dream come true.
Together, they conceptualize the quality management system of the school to ensure excellence in education and empowerment to all GeNext family. With the aid of the experience and expertise of some consultants, they add up to the solidarity of the school leadership and management. Some parents volunteered to assist the school grow stronger.
In December 17, 2009, the building in #97 Purok Bubon, Loakan became the GeNext School Building. The “seed property” was dedicated unto the Lord solely for the educational ministry purposes of the school under the visionary leadership of Pastor Glenn M. Plastina.
The school-year successfully opened in June 2010 with pre-school and elementary levels with more than twenty students. On the following year, the high school department started also with accelerating growth.
GSLF became a full-pledged foundation by September 19, 2011.
